1. What about the status of my order?

2. Do I pay for shipping?

Within the EU

Free shipping on orders over €100.

For the Netherlands and Belgium, shipping is €5.95 for orders below €50.

For all other EU countries, standard shipping is €14.95 below €100.

Outside the EU

Shipping costs €29.95. Free shipping does not apply.
