What is 14 karat gold?
14 karat gold, or 14k gold is the most commonly used gold for jewelry. It’s composed of 58,3% gold and 41,7% alloy. 14k gold offers an ideal combination of depth of color, strong durability, and reasonable affordability.
What is silver 925?
925 silver is the same as sterling silver, they just have a different name. It’s composed of 92,5% silver and 7,5% copper. 925 silver offers an ideal combination of strong durability, a great appearance and hypoallergenic materials.
What is cubic zirconia?
Cubic zirconia, or CZ, is a lab-made crystal. It’s strong, durable, affordable and has a great appearance. Cubic zirconia is usually clear, but it’s also made in a range of different colors.
Can I shower or swimwith my gold/silver jewelry?
We advise you to keep your jewelry away from water and chlorine. It can damage or discolor your jewelry. We also advice to keep it away from cosmetics (perfume, hairspray, nail polish remover, body oil, suntan lotion, hand gel and deodorant).
What can I do if a productis no longer in stock?
It may happen that a product is sold out on our website. When a product is no longer in stock, you can leave your email address on the product page. You will receive an e-mail when that product is back in stock. We can not estimate how long this will take, that differs per product.
What is the best wayto store my jewelry?
To make sure your New Bling jewelry last for a long time, it’s important to take care of it. When you don’t wear your jewelry, you can store them in your own jewelry box, or in the New Bling box in which your product was delivered.
How do I take care ofmy jewelry?
New Bling jewelry is made of the highest quality 14 karat gold and 925 silver. However, gold and silver jewelry can start to look less radiant over time. We listed a number of tips to help you take care of your jewelry and make them last for a long time.
- Clean your jewelry with a jewelry polishing cloth.
- Do not swim, exercise or shower with your jewelry.
- Sleep without your jewelry. Your skin’s own acidity can affect the gold.
- Put your skin care, make-up and perfume on before you start wearing your jewelry.
- Don’t wear the jewelry while doing demanding work.
- Store your jewelry in a jewelry box to keep them organized.

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we do ship worldwide. Please know that shipping to certain countries can be delayed.
How do I track my order?
We want to allow every customer to track their orders at any time. That’s why, once the order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to track your order directly.
I haven’t received my order yet, what do I do?
When your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a link through where you can check the status of your order. If for some reason the tracking information is not updated, or the courier claims to have delivered the package but you haven’t received it, please send an email to info@new-bling.com
How can I purchase products through your website?
Purchasing through the New Bling website is pretty easy and doesn’t require a lot of time. Simply choose the product(s), add them to your cart, fill in your information on the checkout page and chose your preferred payment method. What are the shipping times for my order?
The shipping times heavily depend on the area we need to ship to. In general, this is the indication for the shipping times:
Delivery time to Netherlands & Belgium: 3-5 business days
Delivery time European countries: 5-8 business days
Delivery time Worldwide: 3 weeks

How do I return my order?
We very much hope that you won’t be disappointed by your purchase, but sometimes things just don’t work out. In the rare event that you’re not absolutely in love with your new jewelry, please contact our Customer Care Team by email: info@new-bling.com
Please note that we will only refund items that qualify against the terms set out below.
To return a jewel for credit, please make sure that the product is in new condition and that it doesn’t show signs of abuse. The following return reasons for new purchases are accepted:

If product is damaged within the warranted period, which is indicatable, we advise you to contact our Customer Care Team by sending your purchase info and damage details to info@new-bling.com. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Once the item has been returned
to us then please allow up to 14 days from the date of receipt for a refund to be processed and credited to the method of payment used.
How do I get a refund?
If you’re looking for a refund on one of your products for whatever reason, please feel free to contact us at info@new-bling.com. We will get in touch with you and make sure everything will be taken care of.
What is your warranty policy?
We offer a legally required warranty time to replace or refund any piece of jewelry purchased on the New Bling website that does not meet your expectations. The warranty policy covers manufacturing defects existing at the time of the purchase. It only comes into force if the warranty certificate is dated, fully and correctly completed. The warranty does not apply in case of:
Damages as a result from improper usage, lack of care, negligence and accidents such as scratching, bouncing or falling of the New Bling products.
Products handled by non authorized persons, without written permission of New Bling.
In case of questions regarding returns and warranty, customers can always contact the New Bling customer care team via info@new-bling.com.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes! You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good. To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us: of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail).

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a wide variety of payment methods. We accept IDEAL, PayPal, Visa and Mastercard.
I’m experiencing issues with completing the payment procedure. What do I do?
If you’re experience any problems at the time of payment, please try:
- Using another card
- See if the pin code requested by the specific payment method is correct.
- If it is through PayPal, check that you have correctly written your password.
- Close the browser, open it again and see if it works with a new purchase made from scratch.
